Stationary Physical Therapy Exercises on AlterG

Patients are able to perform stationary exercises while the Anti-Gravity Treadmill is calibrated for maximum training and rehabilitation in a safe environment. Some physical therapy exercises include: single leg foam roll balance and squat, single leg balance medicine ball toss, high knee hip flexion, quad glute kicks, cross country skiing, single leg upright squat, double squat, split squat lunge, single leg lateral edging squat, heel raises double leg and single leg, heel raises with a foam roll, upper body compound movement one arm push press, upper body compound movement one arm diagonal shoulder crossover, and upper body compound movement chest press.
