currently seeking an outgoing, energetic, flexible, friendly and dependable
individual to serve as a Customer Support Representative. You will deliver an outstanding customer
experience by creating a warm and welcoming first impression answering incoming
calls to the main line and reaching out to new customers. You will also
research and maintain much of the company’s prospect and customer data in
salesforce.com. To be successful, you
must have an exceptional customer service attitude and a driving sense of
responsibility for getting the customer what they want.

a report weekly on calls and emails received, closing the loop by verifying
that they were all returned or replied to that week.
new sales orders for accuracy and complete contact information in
customer contact responsible for delivery and installation of the AlterG in
with Operations delivery and installation dates for each customer.
and maintain the integrity of prospect and customer data in Salesforce,
assuring that each record is as complete as possible.
inbound leads, researching the prospect information, converting qualified leads
to accounts, and assigning initial tasks to the account owner.
weekly reports of inbound leads and their activities for sales and marketing
all other duties as assigned.
working in a customer centric sales and service environment.
skills working with MS Office applications; Salesforce.com experience essential
in appearance and attitude, respectful, honest and team player.
Proactive and ability to handle multiple
tasks with good organization skills.
communication and active listening skills.
school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred, Associates or Bachelor’s
degree would be a plus.
